PROS
- Simple & Robust: An air-cooled, DOHC single-cylinder engine that is famous for extreme reliability and easy maintenance.
- Ideal Commuter: Exceptional fuel economy (approx. 3.0L/100km) and a large tank provide a huge riding range.
- Lightweight Handling: At 138kg (dry), it is incredibly easy to maneuver through city traffic and tight spaces.
- Stable Ride: Uses a 17-inch rear wheel (130/70) and a monoshock, giving it "big bike" stability compared to 125cc models.
CONS
- Cold Blooded: Carburetor-fed engine can be finicky on cold mornings and often requires a long warm-up time.
-
- Basic Braking: Features a front disc but relies on a rear drum brake, which lacks the power of modern dual-disc setups.
-
- Highway Limits: While it can reach 130-140 km/h, it feels strained at sustained highway speeds and lacks overtaking punch.
-
- Dated Cockpit: Uses simple analog gauges with no digital trip computer or advanced fuel telemetry.
