PROS
- Accessible Power: More usable low-to-midrange torque for street riding than the SP.
- Relative Comfort: A less aggressive seating position compared to the track-focused RR-R.
- Nimble Handling: Extremely light (196kg wet) and easy to flick through tight corners.
- Value: Offers most of the Fireblade experience at a significantly lower price point.
CONS
- Dated Tech: Uses older suspension (Showa) and brakes (Tokico) compared to the SP.
-
- Power Gap: Roughly 25-30hp less than the newer "Triple-R" engine.
-
- Older Aero: Lacks the integrated winglets found on the 2021 RR-R SP.
