PROS
- Iconic Livery: Features the "Tiger" tricolor scheme, paying a stunning tribute to the original 1992 CBR900RR.
- Midrange Fix: Shares the 2022 updates (revised intake/airbox) that finally give the bike a stronger midrange punch.
- Sharper Gearing: A move to a 43-tooth rear sprocket makes acceleration much more aggressive than the 2020-21 models.
- Exclusive Details: Includes a laser-engraved serial number on the top yoke and a "Ring of Fire" startup animation on the TFT.
CONS
- Strictly Limited: Harder to find and commands a higher price than the standard SP due to its collector status.
-
- Extreme Ergos: Maintains the punishing, track-only riding position; very tight knee angle for tall riders.
-
- Top-End Focus: Despite improvements, the engine is still happiest above 7,000 RPM—not in city traffic.
-
- Intense Heat: The high-compression 214hp engine gets incredibly hot, which is uncomfortable at low speeds.
